The next interface is conversation, spoken or typed, where a person simply says what they need and software does it. Hania builds the agents on the other end of that conversation, and the tooling to put one in front of real customers without a research team.
Our story
Twenty years in the making.
Hania started with a phone bill. In 2006, our founder was living in the UK and couldn't afford to call home, so he built his own phone system from scratch: a server wired straight into the carriers. Friends asked to use it. Then their companies did. That system became LeanPBX, and some of those first customers are still running on it two decades later.
After twenty years quietly building communication and email infrastructure, we went all in on AI. Hania is the engine at the heart of it, the same one that runs LeanPBX's voice agents, now ready to put a voice or chat agent to work for any business. And yes, it's named after our founder's daughter, Hania.

Latency is a feature
Every millisecond we shave off a voice or chat turn shows up in the customer's experience. We benchmark it obsessively.
Built for the whole team
The best agents come from the people closest to the customer, not only the engineers. So we build tools a support lead or an ops manager can use without waiting on a developer.
Trust is non-negotiable
Encryption in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication, automatic PII redaction, and strict per-workspace isolation. Built in from the start, not bolted on later.
No vendor lock-in
Export or delete your data whenever you want. We'd rather earn your next month than trap you in it.
Honest defaults
We make the right thing the easy thing. If something is likely to hallucinate, we flag it. If a setting will quietly run up your bill, we say so.
Ship, then measure
Plenty of agent platforms ship demos. We ship the thing a team actually puts in front of customers, then watch the numbers and make it better.
