We deploy 100+ times a day. New customer-facing capabilities ship every Friday. Even big bets are broken into shippable chunks.
Senior IC tracks
You can go all the way to Distinguished Engineer or Principal Designer without managing anyone. Equity reflects impact, not org chart.
Customer time mandatory
Every engineer ships customer support shifts. You can't build for users you've never talked to.
Real time off
Unlimited PTO with a 4-week minimum that we actually enforce. Plus 2-week winter shutdown so no one's "on" alone.
Full transparency
Salary bands, KPIs, runway, board updates — all internal. The same info every senior leader has is available to every Hanian.
