A message is one user turn + one agent response, regardless of how many tool calls or knowledge lookups happen in between. System messages and internal reasoning steps don't count.
No — voice is billed only by the minute. Text and voice are billed separately, so a one-minute voice call doesn't also rack up message charges.
Yes. On Production plans you can route to your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cartesia keys — useful for negotiated rates, dedicated capacity, or compliance reasons. You still pay Hania for messages and voice minutes.
Overages are billed at the per-message and per-minute rates above, prorated daily. You can set a monthly spending cap that pauses your bots if you hit it.

Each workspace is pinned to a region at creation. EU workspaces stay in the EU end-to-end — including embeddings, tool calls, voice processing, and backups. We currently offer US-East, US-West, EU-West, EU-Central, and AP-South.
