Security (2FA, sessions)

Keep your account safe: turn on two-factor authentication, manage your password, and review the devices signed in to your account. You'll find all of these under Profile & security.

Two-factor authentication

Add a second step at sign-in using an authenticator app (scan a QR code, enter the 6-digit code) or email codes. When you enable 2FA you'll get one-time backup codes — save them somewhere safe; each works once if you lose access to your authenticator. You can regenerate backup codes or turn 2FA off at any time (with a password or current code).

Workspace-wide requirement

A workspace can require 2FA for everyone. If your workspace turns this on and you haven't enrolled, you'll be prompted to set up 2FA before you can continue. See Workspaces & members.

Password

Change your password from Profile & security. Changing it signs out your other sessions, so a stolen or shared session loses access immediately.

Active sessions

See every device signed in to your account, with its approximate last-active time. If you spot one you don't recognize, revoke it; or sign out of all other devices in one click to leave only the one you're on. Revoking the current device simply signs you out here.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account from Profile & security after confirming your password. This is separate from deleting a workspace — deleting your account removes you and signs you out everywhere.
