Billing & top-ups
Hania runs on a prepaid balance. You add funds, usage draws them down, and you can automate top-ups so you never run dry. Everything lives on the Billing page.
Your balance
Your account balance is the prepaid pool that covers usage — both pay-as-you-go usage and any overage beyond a plan's allowance. The Billing page shows your current balance and recent usage.
Adding funds
Top up by credit card or PayPal. Card payments are handled inside the payment provider's secure form — card details never touch Hania. After a payment completes, your balance updates shortly. You can tick "save this payment method" to reuse it later.
Auto top-up
Set auto top-up to add a fixed amount whenever your balance falls below a threshold, using a saved payment method. It keeps agents running without manual refills. Enable it once you've saved a method.
Saved methods & history
Manage saved payment methods (set a default, remove one) and review your full transaction history on the Billing page. You can filter transactions and export them as CSV for your records.
Running low
If a subscription charge can't be collected, the workspace goes past due and Hania retries; left unresolved it may be suspended, pausing service until you top up or update your card. Metered API calls also surface this — for example, the Chat API returns a 402 with a billing code when service is paused or the balance is exhausted. Keep a buffer (or auto top-up on) to avoid interruptions.
